END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Cryptosam LLC ("Licensor") for the NoteSam application ("App").
1. LICENSE GRANT
Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or Google Play Terms of Service.
2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
a) Copy, modify, or distribute the App
b) Reverse engineer or decompile the App
c) Rent, lease, or lend the App to third parties
d) Use the App for any unlawful purpose
e) Remove any proprietary notices from the App
3. OWNERSHIP
The App is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights.
4. THIRD-PARTY TERMS
The App may include third-party open source software. Such software is subject to its own license terms.
5. SUPPORT
Licensor may provide updates and support at its discretion. Updates may modify or remove features.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.
9. APPLE-SPECIFIC TERMS
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
- Apple is not responsible for any product warranties
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims related to the App
- In the event of any third-party IP claim, you must contact Licensor, not Apple
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement
